Premium Voice

Premium Voice or non-geographic voice numbers provide an alternative means of generating revenue from customers wishing to contact a business or for accessing information and services.  End users pay to call a number (charged at premium, national or local rate) that can be routed to a landline, mobile or call centre.  They can also be connected to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform enabling Information Services, 121 Chat Services, Multi-party chat and business conference services and Text-to-speech services. 
 
A range of price points is available with 09 Premium and 070 Follow Me numbers from 25p/minute to £1.50/ minute. Standard national or local call rates apply to 08 numbers. They are quick and easy to set up, plus there is no connection charge or monthly fee to pay - revenue is generated and shared from the call charges.
